The RTX 3070 Ti should be capable of running at higher frame rates than 30 FPS, so if it is only running at 30 FPS and experiencing drops, there may be a few potential reasons. It could be due to a bottleneck in the system, such as a slower CPU or insufficient RAM. It could also be caused by overheating or inadequate cooling, which can lead to thermal throttling and performance drops. Additionally, it's possible that the graphics settings in the game are too high for the GPU to handle, leading to lower frame rates and drops. Troubleshooting these potential issues and optimizing the system's performance could help improve the frame rate and reduce drops. **

The RTX 3070 can reach temperatures of around 70-75 degrees Celsius when gaming under normal conditions. However, this can vary depending on factors such as the specific model of the graphics card, the cooling system in the PC, and the intensity of the gaming workload. It's important to ensure that the PC has adequate cooling to prevent the graphics card from overheating, which can lead to performance issues and potential damage to the hardware. Regularly cleaning the PC and ensuring proper airflow can help maintain safe operating temperatures for the RTX 3070. **

The decision between the RTX 3070 and the 3070 Ti depends on your specific needs and budget. The 3070 Ti offers slightly better performance and more VRAM than the 3070, making it a better choice for those who want to maximize their gaming experience and are willing to pay a bit more. However, if you are on a tighter budget and the slight performance difference is not a major concern for you, the RTX 3070 is still a very capable GPU that can handle most modern games at high settings. Ultimately, consider your budget and the level of performance you require to make the best decision for your needs. **
